Block Aero helps aviation organizations take control of their data, operations, and collaborative workflows in order to lower cost of business, reduce turnaround times, and unlock new revenue streams. The platform targets MROs, airlines, and OEMs looking to modernize fragmented data and workflow processes.

Block Aero is an aviation blockchain platform that gives aircraft, engines and components a verifiable digital passport covering identity, ownership and compliance for the life of the asset. Its Digital Asset Manager module holds back to birth records, chain of custody, lifecycle events and airworthiness documentation, while Registry Manager runs trusted registries including the AFRA and CAAC parts registry programme. Two AI modules are in early access: Agentic Records Manager, which classifies records and assembles them into deal ready packages, and AI QC Manager, which checks record completeness, inspects part imagery and screens for suspected unapproved parts. Named partners and users include AFRA, AAR, ILS, KP Aviation, MD Turbines and Ascent Aviation Services. The platform targets operators, MROs, lessors, teardown and disassembly providers, parts traders, distributors and OEMs.
