Its affiliate, Crucial Aviation Staffing, supplies skilled aviation labor nationwide.

Aeroplicity is a cloud software platform for aerospace and defense maintenance, inventory and regulatory compliance, founded in 2023 and based in the Milwaukee area of Wisconsin. It replaces paper based processes with digital workflows for work orders, parts inventory and certification records. Each record is backed to a blockchain ledger and issued a QR code so parts can be traced through the supply chain. The platform holds FedRAMP Moderate authorization and is marketed to suppliers and defense contractors that must meet CMMC cloud requirements. Pricing is published at 25 US dollars per user per month with no contracts and no minimum licenses. Buyers are MRO operations, aerospace suppliers, distributors and defense contractors across commercial aviation and defense. The company announced its move into the MRO software market at MRO Americas in 2024 and was co founded by aerospace operators including John Benzinger.
