Fiix is a cloud CMMS built in Toronto, Canada, acquired by Rockwell Automation in a deal announced in December 2020 and completed on 19 January 2021. The platform covers work order management, asset registers and history, parts and inventory, mobile maintenance, analytics and reporting, and integrations, with an AI assistant (Fiix MAX) and condition based asset connectivity through Rockwell FactoryTalk Optix. Rockwell reports more than 4,500 maintenance teams using it across oil and gas, heavy equipment, food and beverage and general manufacturing. Fiix publishes no aviation or aerospace industry solution and carries no airworthiness content such as AD compliance, life limited part tracking or Part 145 workflows, so aviation buyers would need to configure it as a generic CMMS.
