FlightWatching — Wilco

FlightWatching (product: Wilco) is a Toulouse-founded predictive maintenance and data analytics platform for airlines, MROs and OEMs, built on web-based visualization and big-data analytics since 2013. In 2025 the company was acquired by MRO group Revima to strengthen Revima's fleet management and predictive analytics offering, giving customers enhanced ability to forecast component failures and take preventive action before operational defects occur.

FlightWatching is a Toulouse based aircraft data and predictive maintenance company, acquired by APU and landing gear MRO group Revima in February 2019 and now operating as the digital services arm of the Revima Group. Its WILCO platform ingests real time ACARS and aircraft system data to detect wear early, forecast component failures and generate automated CAMO reports. The service portfolio covers APU Predictive Care, nose to tail health monitoring, Fuel Saver and carbon footprint assessment, and monitors roughly 600 aircraft on average.
