Materialise — Magics (Additive Manufacturing)

Materialise (Leuven, Belgium) provides Magics additive-manufacturing (3D printing) software alongside EASA POA-, EN 9100- and Airbus AIPI-certified production services, producing roughly 26,000 ready-to-fly parts a year for the Airbus A350 program.

Materialise, headquartered in Leuven, Belgium, sells additive manufacturing software and certified aerospace production services. Its software covers design for additive manufacturing, topology optimization, build preparation with Magics, and additive production management with CO-AM. On the services side it holds EASA Part 21.G production organisation approval with Form 1 release, EN 9100 certification for polymer and metal manufacturing, and manufactures to Airbus AIPI standards. Materialise reports more than 650,000 flying parts produced to date and more than 30,000 parts a year across Airbus programs, covering cabin components, drainage parts and tooling. Customers include OEMs, tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers, airlines and MRO providers.
