Randstad Digital

Randstad Digital is the digital and IT talent solutions arm of Randstad, a global HR services group, providing technology staffing, digital transformation consulting, and outsourced engineering teams to enterprise clients including aviation and aerospace companies. It helps aviation IT organizations scale software development and digital initiatives with contract and permanent tech talent.

Randstad Digital is the technology talent and services division of Randstad NV, the Netherlands based staffing group. It supplies contract and permanent IT specialists, managed delivery teams and global talent centers across customer experience, data and analytics, digital and product engineering, and cloud and infrastructure. It names automotive, aerospace, defense and manufacturing as one of the sectors it covers, but what it sells is staffing and consulting capacity, not an aviation system. Aviation and MRO buyers would engage it to staff or run IT and software projects rather than to license aviation software.
