REVIMA — FlightWatching

FlightWatching by REVIMA delivers real-time predictive maintenance and global active fleet tracking for airlines, MROs, and OEMs, using data analytics and machine learning to flag potential aircraft system issues early, cut unscheduled maintenance events, and reduce aircraft downtime.

FlightWatching is the digital services arm of Revima, an independent APU and landing gear MRO with sites in France, Asia, North America and the Middle East, which acquired the Toulouse startup in February 2019. Its WILCO platform ingests real-time ACARS and aircraft data to flag system degradation before landing, issue remaining useful life alerts with a confidence factor, and cut no-fault-found removals. Published modules cover APU Predictive Care, nose to tail health monitoring, Fuel Saver, carbon footprint assessment, and automated CAMO reporting that links back to the operator's maintenance system. Named users include Etihad Airways (A380 fleet), easyJet (A320 bleed systems), Dassault Aviation (Rafale) and HAECO Group, which built its INSIGHT digital platform on FlightWatching. The platform monitors roughly 600 aircraft.
